”BAYANIHAN PARA SA MATATAG NA PAARALAN”

Every year, the Brigada Eskwela initiative asks all parties involved in education to give some of their time, energy, and resources to make sure that public schools are ready for the start of classes.

Global Trustees’ Multi-Purpose Cooperative valued the essence of bayanihan spirit of every Filipino. They volunteered to participate and support Brigada Eskwela 2023 in Sinag-Tala Elementary School by donating some cleaning materials, paints and hygiene supplies last August 14, 2023.

The Milk Tea and Shake Livelihood Training Program spearheaded by the Education Committee- Mr. Herald Magleo, Mr. Jayson Belo, Ms. Judylyn Tolentino, and Vice Chairperson Ms. Charnette Contreras, is designed to empower individuals and communities by providing the skills and knowledge needed to start their own businesses. Together, let's mix, shake, and stir our way to a more prosperous tomorrow!

We would like to express our gratitude to our trainer, Ms. Luzviminda Rodriguez, along with Ms. Elma Carisma from the Social Welfare Dept., and Kap Daniel Berroya and Kagawad Alex Chua of Brgy. San Antonio Quezon City for their support.

Giving back is a wonderful way to get to know your neighborhood and its people. You have the chance to meet a lot of new individuals when you volunteer. You can expand your social circle by working with people who are committed to bettering their community.                           

On July 10, 2022, the officers of Global Trustees’ Multi-Purpose Cooperative went to Missionaries of Charity (Home of Joy for the sick children) at 1030 Tayuman St., Tondo Manila and donated some groceries for the beneficiaries of the community outreach.

"Concern for the Community" by extending its support to Brigada Eskwela 2024 at San Antonio Elementary School in the presence of Mr. Rodelio R. Olonan, the School Principal, on July 23, 2024.

The initiative was led by the Gender and Development (GAD) Committee, comprising Ms. Almira Buatis, Ms. Estrella Dizon, and Mr. Rubert Lastimosa, with valuable assistance from the Education Committee, represented by Mr. Herald Magleo, Mr. Jayson Belo, and Ms. Judylyn Tolentino. GTMC contributed electric fans and a television for the benefit of the students.

“The Global Trustees' Multi-Purpose Cooperative organized a bowling activity on July 19, 2024, at the SM North EDSA Bowling Center.”

This event saw enthusiastic participation from members, officers, and staff. The bowling activity aimed to foster camaraderie, teamwork, and a sense of community among the cooperative's members.

The event featured friendly competitions and various team-building exercises, promoting both physical activity and social interaction. Participants enjoyed the opportunity to bond outside of the usual work environment, strengthening their relationships and creating lasting memories.

Overall, the bowling activity was a successful and enjoyable experience, reflecting the cooperative's commitment to promoting a healthy and engaging community for its members.

“THE GREATEST ASSET OF THE COMPANY IS ITS PEOPLE”

Global Trustees’ Multi-Purpose Cooperative believes that the greatest asset of the company is its people. Without them, we would not achieve anything. GTMC held its 1st General Meeting last March 9, 2023 with all the staff to discuss the concerns, achievements for the first quarter of the year. The management also took the opportunity to offer the Certificates of Appreciation to the employees for doing their job for the past year during the meeting.
